The platform advertises its certain features, such as having low or zero fees and user security and support as a reason why users should prefer it over other platforms. An exchange review on the platform reveals that the exchange is also "a data provider for a subsidiary company to Intercontinental Exchange that distributes rates and trades data globally through major services like TradingView.” It is also mentioned that the exchange is in the middle of plans to launch a cryptocurrency debit card, which will "allow users to spend the cryptocurrencies on every item they can buy from a merchant that accepts VISA cards". This suggests that Bitlish is quite innovative and user-friendly.

Though the platform claims to have low or zero fees, it’s trading fees average around 0.30%, which is slightly higher than the global industry average of 0.25%, though it does have a withdrawal fee that is much lower than the global industry average at 0.0001 BTC.
