Do you trust the currency.
Do you trust the people behind the currency.
Do you trust the system and contracts are about trust too.
They've got a much longer history.
But they're the context in which these same questions have been looked at for many years in commercial
law.
We'll look at how they relate to crypto contracts small contracts crypto currencies.
My name is Charles Carrigan.
Thanks to on for inviting me to present on contracts and smart contracts as they relate to crypto.
I've got a long history in technologies and financial services.
I previously worked with mainstream financial institutions and over the last few years increasingly
with fintech companies that's the businesses that are customer facing technology providers behind the
scenes and everything in between.
I've worked on a number of ISIS and SD shows and that business continues to develop through the topic
of tokenization.
We'll look a bit more of that later.
