The Regulation of Cryptocurrencies Conference, 20th November in London

This conference should be attended by individuals that have an interest in cryptocurrencies whether they be from the cryptocurrency community itself, the banks, the exchanges or the trading platforms or acting as their professional advisers, both in the UK and Europe. It will also be of interest to public officials, regulators, relevant associations and experts on financial crime.
Following the explosive growth of the crypto market, financial institutions have called for it to be regulated. Since the crypto industry is fairly new and nothing quite like it has been observed in the world before, regulating it requires extensive discussion.

To promote discussion surrounding the regulatory environment of the crypto industry, City and Financial Global has organized a one-day conference titled “The Regulation of Cryptocurrencies”. The purpose of this conference is to bring together the industry experts and regulatory bodies to jointly discuss how the market should be regulated to promote positive growth.

The conference will hold discussions surrounding cryptocurrencies and their current state of development. It will also discuss how cryptocurrency exchanges, payments, and derivatives work. The conference is planned for 20th November and is extremely time, due to the various activities that are occurring surrounding the crypto market.

Marshall Billingslea, Assistant Secretary of the US Treasury and President of FATF, the anti-money laundering task force, stated that he is hopeful for the development of a global set of standards for the crypto market by the end of October. The crypto task force set up by the chancellor is also set to release its report on regulations. All of these events will provide ample material for discussion in the conference.

We are delighted to announce that On Yavin, the CEO of Cointelligence will also be joining this conference and will speak on the morning panel, discussing the current state of development of cryptocurrency.

On Yavin is the founder and CEO at Cointelligence, the data layer for the crypto economy. He has extensive experience as a serial entrepreneur and an angel investor, as well as more than 20 years of experience in the tech industry.
