"SQUAREX is a blockchain based platform designed to enable users buy safe and liquid real estate at early stages of construction without having to rely on real estate agencies and pay high fees. On SQUAREX, construction funding is controlled via oracles via a decentralized crowd-building program based on smart contracts that are run by users of the platform.

To enter SQUAREX's ecosystem, architectural projects have to pass a due diligence procedure, which eliminates risky projects. Auditors who conduct the due diligence procedure are selected by Branch-Curators. In the Final Vision, a Branch-Curator can be any token holder who blocked their own tokens and who wishes to engage in the Branch development process."

SquareX ICO is aiming to create a decentralized market place for users to buy safe and liquid real estate at early stages of construction without having to rely on real estate agencies and pay high fees. There are a number of both centralized and decentralized competitors with a more mature product. SquareX’s product is currently in its Beta stage. The product looks developed but its functions and operations need time to mature. The CEO for the project has experience in managerial positions and the project has both a legal and industry expert. The CTO for the project has experience however we are unable to verify the experience levels of the rest of the development team due to a lack of social media presence. The CMO for SquareX has minimal experience in the marketing field. This reflects their community and marketing status. SquareX has an average amount of posts on social media but has an extremely low amount of followers on the same social media channels. A major concerns for this project includes a poor white paper and website that is missing important information about the token sale.

Squarex Use of Token

SQEX is Squarex's native token. SQEX is an Ethereum based ERC20 token. 68,730,000 SQEX tokens will be offered for sale via the ICO, which correspond to 79% of the total token supply. SQEX tokens can be used for crowdbuying and booking of real estate auctions on Square Exchange. Branch-Curators and Super-Curators have to hold SQEX tokens. Also, SQEX token holders can be auditors, who perform due diligence of projects at Branches.
