Little Phil ICO is aiming to create a decentralized market place for donations to charity. There are many decentralized and centralized competitors with a more mature product. Little Phil ICO is currently in the mid-level stages of development. The CEO for the team is inexperienced in managerial positions. The project is lacking both a legal and industry expert in the NGO and donation fields. The CTO for the project however is very well experienced and he has an experienced development team behind him. The CMO for the project unfortunately is not experienced in the marketing field. Fortunately for this project this does not reflect on their marketing and community status. Little Phil ICO has an average amount of posts on social media channels and an above average amount of followers on social media platforms. There are a couple of concerns for this project, including an above average amount of tokens being distributed to the team after the ICO and an above average difference between the soft cap and hard cap, x10.

Little Phil Use of Token

LPC is Little Phil's native token. LPC is an Ethereum based ERC20 token. 400 million LPC tokens will be offered for sale via the ICO, which represent 40% of the total token supply. LPC tokens will be used in rapid low cost transfer of funds directly to the receiver, traceability of transactions and costs, conversion to another cryptocurrency via atomic swap, creation of UDID and protection against fake receiver duplication, and rewarding active users. Holders of LPC tokens can stake them for interest. Also, holders of LPC tokens have voting rights on the platform.
