HouseAfrica Score Analysis

HouseAfrica ICO is a project that aspires to create a decentralized ecosystem for the housing market in Africa. There are only a few other decentralized ICOs in the same market and all of them are in the early stages of development. The HouseAfrica team consists of an experienced CEO that has had numerous years in leadership and managerial roles. The project is lacking a real estate industry expert, which is a minimal requirement for understanding the industry. We are unable to verify the experience for the CTO. The development team has a number of years of experience. The product currently has a demo released, however at its current state it is a very poor product and will need improvement before it is ready for the market. There is no designated CMO, and this is reflected on their social media channels. They have a below average amount of followers and posts on all social media channels. There are a number of concerns with this project. A big warning sign is their whitepaper, which has a number of paragraphs that are plagiarized from other sites. The whitepaper is also missing information such as a competition analysis, information on the hard cap, and it is missing regulatory compliances.

HouseAfrica Use of Token

HAF is HouseAfrica's native token. HAF is issued on Waves blockchain. There will be a total of 250 million HAF tokens, 60% of which will be offered for sale via the ICO. HAF tokens can be used to pay for rentals, pay for maintenance fees, promote promperties, book inspection, pay utility bills, and more.
